Our client of the month for February is the office of Dr. Wilson M.D., of Sunrise Family Medical PC in Hicksville, NY.
Dr. Wilson is a new client for us, having switched to our managed services in the fall of last year. After finding us in the yellowpages, I had the opportunity to speak with Dr. Wilson at length on the telephone. He was quite frustrated by his current providers inability to get his network in order and by his rapidly escalating support bills.
We spent a Saturday afternoon performing a free audit of the Doctor's office including his server and 7 workstations. What we found was very troubling. About Frank Bravata
I got my start in information technology working as a desktop support technician in New York in 1998. Almost immediately, I realized that I had stumbled upon something that I was both talented in and enjoyed immensely.
In 2000, I joined the Army and spent a year in training furthering my technology mastery. Upon completion of my training, I served 8 years in the Army Reserves providing IT support to the 78th Division. In addition, I have also held positions at Panasonic USA in Torrance, California, and Chelsea Computer in New York, NY.
