Our client of the month for February is the office of Dr. Wilson M.D., of Sunrise Family Medical PC in Hicksville, NY.
Dr. Wilson is a new client for us, having switched to our managed services in the fall of last year. After finding us in the yellowpages, I had the opportunity to speak with Dr. Wilson at length on the telephone. He was quite frustrated by his current providers inability to get his network in order and by his rapidly escalating support bills.
We spent a Saturday afternoon performing a free audit of the Doctor's office including his server and 7 workstations. What we found was very troubling.
